Network Engineer (Hybrid) – Baltimore, MD –  $130k-$160k – (US Citizen or Green Card Only)

• This expansion role is for a Network Engineer in the Baltimore metro area to perform on-site and project-based consulting with one of Baltimore’s most recognized locations. When not required to be on the client site, you will work from home, but you MUST be commutable to Baltimore to be considered for this role.
  In this role, you will:
  ·        Supporting the client undergoing a network transformation, including a network refresh.
  ·        Implement, troubleshoot, and document enterprise networks and related systems
  ·        Change tickets
  ·        Review the technical plan
  ·        Participate in the migration while providing next-day support
  ·        Provide knowledge transfer and informal training to clients
  QUALIFICATIONS
  Required:
  · Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) level expertise in Enterprise Infrastructure (formerly Route/Switch)
  · Ability to troubleshoot Cisco firewalls and apply Cisco firewall rules (ASA and eventually Firepower)
  · Demonstrable experience in the implementation, troubleshooting, and support of large enterprise networks  
  · Good understanding and practical experience with routing protocols (EIGRP, OSFP, and BGP)  
  · Previous network refresh experience.
  · Must be able to work with end-users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
  · Must be a US Citizen AND be able to pass a drug screen and background investigation

  · Meraki experience
  · ISE/TACACS experience
