The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will partner in the execution of the Organizational Development strategy by providing internal consulting services in areas of organizational effectiveness including organizational development, organizational design, and change management.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead design efforts for complex changes, ensuring project management utilization, and prioritizing/developing organizational effectiveness interventions, best practices, tools, and consulting to achieve sustainable business results
  • Partner and collaborate with other areas of the business on key OD initiatives
  • Use data driven insights to inform business strategy and decisions with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrate the linkage between organizational development and human capital return on investment
  • Measure effectiveness of key initiatives and report results to key stakeholders
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member
  • Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of (8) years’ recent experience in strategic Organizational Development, Change Management and/or Organizational Design philosophies, methods, organizational analysis and change skills
  • Prosci or other Change Management certification highly preferred
  • Strategic HR Certification preferred (SHRM or HCI)
  • Experience in leading large-scale organizational change efforts
  • Experience in Project Management, agile or six sigma methodologies
  • Ability to break down complex concepts into simple and useful solutions that stakeholders can action on
  • Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communication, actions, and an optimistic approach to business
  • Comfort with Ambiguity; strong decision-making skills and provide well-informed solutions
  • Must have advanced computer and technological skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a valid drivers’ license and clean MVR
  • Must pass background check and drug screen 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related business degree
  • Master’s Degree Preferred
