2+ years of experience doing relevant professional work (skills: Python & Software Engineering)

Must be comfortable building tooling from scratch and have experience with maintainable code development and debugging

Open-source, community-driven development experience – experience interacting with users, their challenges, and problems in open, collaborative communities is a plus

Passion and experience building projects using machine learning and/or generative AI
