Interpret & Translate
Firstly, they should have a demonstrated ability to advise and interpret client technical needs and requirements. This requires a strong understanding of client expectations and the ability to effectively communicate and translate these needs into actionable steps.
Programming
Additionally, programming experience in areas such as PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems is essential. The candidate should be comfortable working with Rockwell Allen Bradley platform.
Communication
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are also crucial for this role. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate complex technical information to clients and colleagues, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise during implementation or operation.
Control Automation Systems
Having 4+ years of experience in the development and implementation of Control Automation Systems is highly desired. This level of expertise demonstrates a solid understanding of the field and the ability to navigate complex projects.
Education
Finally, the candidate should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in either Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. This educational background provides the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in this role.
