Financial Analyst, FP&A – Chelmsford, MA – $90-$104k yr – W2 Only
What You’ll Do:
· Build and maintain summarized and/or detailed and dynamic financial models or dashboards that are powered by big data to inform quarterly forecasts, budgeting/planning across the P&L, and investment evaluation
· Build annual budgets and/or periodic forecast input for US and Canadian entities
· Support senior staff in partnering with business areas and support teams to track business performance, exercise expenditure and investment controls, and identify risks and opportunities to our financial outlook
· Deliver on operational and analytical processes connected to each accounting period close, including accruals, variance analysis, management reporting, and/or model recalibrations as necessary
· Use your communication and storytelling skills to frame, translate and present the outputs of your financial analysis into impactful insights and compelling recommendations
· Use finance/business systems for the input of forecasts and automation of processes and/or reporting
· Support monthly and year-end accounting

Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in or higher level of education in Business Administration or Accounting
· 7+ years of general ledger/accounting and financial analysis-related experience
