What would you be doing
- Establish and maintain strong relationships within the established National and Global System Integrator network: Operations Team, key field sales advocates, Management Team, etc.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations Planning to establish and/or maintain processes to develop strategic product forecasts with National and Global System Integrators
- Develop and maintain effective pipeline management for proactive project planning and deployment
- Collaborate with Distribution Operations to proactive inventory plan with distribution partners
- Develop and maintain effective Supply Chain coordination of our client’s Communications entire product portfolio
- Be an ambassador of our client’s Supply Chain knowledge for the National and Global System Integrators.
- Apply use of systematic reporting tools and reports to analytically manage daily responsibilities
- Drive strategic, operational initiatives with National and Global System Integrators
- Utilize standard NSI communication activities to promote partnerships
- Be an ambassador to drive digitalization strategies together with National and Global System Integrators and Distribution Partners.
- Perform other related duties when assigned
The Americas Operations organization is a part of the Finance & Operations organization in our head region, Americas, based in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. The organization plays a crucial role in the company’s continuous effort to stay close to our customers and channel – consistently delivering superior customer experience. Americas Operations consists of two sub-functions: Demand & Supply Planning and Fulfillment & Distribution Operations. The Channel Operations Account Manager will be a part of the Demand & Supply Planning team and report to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager.
The Channel Operations Account Manager will work collaboratively with several internal functions to build operational relationships with many of our largest National and Global System Integrator Partners. This includes ensuring they receive superior customer service, all while driving strategic, operational initiatives to support the aggressive growth goals at the company. The position will require working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations Planners, Distribution Operations, Order Management, Key Account Managers, Channel Marketing, and our client’s Sales teams.
Education and Experience we would preferably like
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in supply chain or operational field within technology companies
- Experience with distribution channels and models
- Experience building & generating business intelligence reports is a plus.
- Experience working with global teams helpful
