Senior HRIS Analyst – Orlando- (Hybrid) – $75k – $85k yr – (US Citizen or Green Card Only)
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Information Systems Analyst (HRIS) to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for supporting the VP of HRIS, the Corporate HR team as well as field personnel.
- HYBIRD in Office Monday – Thursday, Work From Home on Fridays

- Create HR informational reports using various reporting tools to include FTE, OT, AAP, Term, New Hire reports, etc.
- 401k administration
- Analyze and suggest revisions to current HR policies and procedures
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to HR policies and procedures
- Assist with new system implementation
- HRIS Help Desk
- Responsible for HRIS database maintenance
- Understanding of regulatory environment affecting the employment relationship
- Performs other duties as assigned
Employment is contingent on
- Background investigation (company-wide)
- Drug screen (when applicable for the position)
- Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Required Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
- Experience with HRIS systems, required
- HRIS LSF analyst
· Experience with Microsoft Add-Ins and Personnel Actions
· Experience with interfacing data to Lawson release 10.
· Familiarity with IPA is preferred
· Crystal Reports experience preferred
Preferred Education and/or Experience
- Experience in ADP etime timekeeping system, preferred
- Experience working with Crystal Reports and Microsoft Access, preferred
- Experience working with Lawson, preferred
- Three years of related work experience, preferred
