Senior Corporate Accountant – Atlanta, GA – $75k – $85k yr – (US Citizen or Green Card Only)
Responsible For: 

·         Handling accounting for the corporation, trusts, development entities

·         Accounting for a portfolio of properties

·         Managing A/P for assigned portfolio (reviewing invoices/ checks, cash management, and more)

·         Leveraging Yardi bill pay to make timely remittances

·         Assisting in budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

·         Supporting lender and investor reporting

·         Conducting Rent Roll audits

·         Setting up and maintaining Yardi for properties, trusts, and investment portfolios

·         Assisting with preliminary/annual audit/ tax returns

·         Filing annual registration statements

·         Reviewing loan summaries

·         Assisting executives with special projects as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from an accredited university or college

·         1-3 years of experience utilizing GAAP-based accounting

·         Real estate industry experience preferred

·         Multi-family, Development, and Trust accounting a strong plus

·         YARDI experience is a strong plus

·         Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and manage expectations

·         Remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude

·         A high degree of proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office is preferred

·         Self-starter, dependable, someone who enjoys structures and a fast-paced environment
