Director of Performance (Remote) – $90k – $120k yr – (US Citizen or Green Card Only)

In this role, you’ll have a direct line of collaboration with the company CEO and other key executives of a rapidly expanding direct response advertising agency. You will conceptualize, develop, and lead the complete performance marketing division of the organization.
As the Director of Performance, the following departments will fall under your strategic leadership, which you will have to develop, manage, and expand:
- Media Buying
- Copywriting
- Videography
- Business Intelligence
- Account Management
You’ll assume leadership of multiple groups, each consisting of these roles. Your mission will be to lead them in assisting our clients to continually increase their revenue, each quarter, month, week, and day.
Our client is seeking a Director of Performance to support both the strategic and tactical needs of our internal media buying team and our clients as we continue to grow our Performance Advertising Agency.This role is pivotal for the company, as it holds the responsibility to significantly contribute to our company’s revenue growth objectives. The right person for this position should be adept at thriving in a start-up environment, engaging with CEOs and founders, building and fostering relationships, and ensuring uniformity and consistency across multiple brands. Your contribution will be key to our company’s continued success.
As the Director of Performance, you will oversee the team responsible for planning, launching, and managing performance marketing solutions, which include:
- Owned and earned digital marketing services
- Paid digital marketing services
- Creative services
The Director of Performance will adopt the overall goals and agreed-upon plans of the Leadership Team and drive those results. The Director will play a pivotal role in planning, recruiting, and directing pod leaders and their teams to achieve sales targets and ultimately drive revenue for each client in the pod.
The Director shall assist in:
- Forecasting and tracking bonuses generated for each pod
- Build launch plans
- Analyze data
- Conduct training with pod leaders (and their teams as bandwidth allows)
- Mentor each pod leader, and assist in the decision-making process of hiring new media buyers and account managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in an agency and/or marketing experience in managing clients / brands
- At least one year experience in a Leadership role
- Excellent internal and external communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to understand and analyze metrics
- Exceptional time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Able to quickly adapt to changes

Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
