Requirements:

• PLC programming proficiency with Allen Bradley products (WonderWare pref).
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain PLC / DCS / HMI programming and configuration.
• Ability to perform computer aided-design and drafting tasks implementing AutoCAD (or equivalent).
• Ability to read electrical schematics, Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) and Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s)
• Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop and maintain electrical systems to ensure a safe working environment.
• Improve quality and manufacturing process performance.
• Design and programming of Fanuc robots and variable frequency drives
• Assist Maintenance with troubleshooting equipment and controls related issues
• Performs system specification, design, architecture, and development for Control Systems
• Program Rockwell / Siemens PLCs, Networking and HMI
• Responsible for the installation and technical support of PLC based hardware and software.
• Design control systems for mechanical and hydraulic manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure installation and commissioning meet design standards.
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments.
• Assists in identifying the technologies to be used for engineering projects.
• Develop standards, procedures, manuals, and other documentation for projects.
